ALL
players MUST re-confirm their entry the day before
each tournament by 4.00 pm. Phone 07515 459302. Late confirmation
could result in their tee time being moved to the back of
the field. Failure to confirm at all could result in their
place being moved alongside the reserve players at the back
of the field. |

Late
entries will be accepted on the day of the event subject to
availability. You must call The Midas Tour for approval! (07515
459302) Late entries MUST be paid for by cash. |
|
Failure
to make all relevant payments will result in our NO pay, NO
play policy being invoked. |

Format |
|
Matches
will be played as 3 balls (max) over 36 holes over two days. |
|
If
we have a tie for 1st place the winner will be decided by
a sudden death play off providing other circumstances allow
this eg: weather and light. Otherwise, the winner will be
decided on count back. The loser of a sudden death play off
or count back situation will be deemed as having come second.
Prize monies will be allocated accordingly. |

Trolleys,
both electric and manual, are permitted, however Buggies are
NOT permitted for player or their caddies. |
|
The
Midas Tour will endevour to arrange practice rounds prior
to a Tournament but this can not be guaranteed. Therefore,
it is deemed to be the responsibility of the individual player
to arrange practice rounds with the relevant clubs. |

Rules |
|
All
Tournaments are played under the Rules Of Golf as laid down
by the R & A. A list of any Local Rules will be given
to each player at the start of play. There will be on-course
Rules Official/s - His rulings are final! |
|
"Proper"
golf attire is required by both player and caddie. Shorts
are not allowed! We expect the highest dress and etiquette
standards from Players, Caddies and Officials. The Midas Tour
reserves the right to award cash penalties for any breach
of these standards. |
|
Slow
play will NOT be tolerated! Players deemed to be playing at
a pace that is too slow and holding up the rest of the field
can expect to be warned and penalized as laid down in The
Midas Tours Tour Policy Document. |

Players
will NOT be permitted to play unless they have completed the
relevant Entry Forms and Membership Forms and unless they
have made all relevant payments prior to the commencement
of play. |
|
The
Midas Tour reserves the right to terminate a players membership
if his conduct is repeatedly deemed to be unprofessional.
Under these circumstances the player can not expect to receive
a reimbursement for any proportion of membership fees. |

It
is the players responsibility to familiarize themselves with
Tour Policy. Our policy document
is available at every tournament. |

of the above without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse
membership to the tour or into an event to any individual. |
